Cancellation policy

  • We reserve the right to cancel any particular order due to limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing or product information.
  • You can cancel Your order that has been returned to Us due to Your unavailability. We reserve the right to initiate the cancellation process if You do not respond to the request for re-delivery of the returned products. In such cases, We will charge a cancellation fee of 25% (Twenty Five percent) from the final product price.
  • No cancellation is allowed for purchased e-gift cards and products purchased through Our try @ home service .
  • We will notify You via email & SMS, if Your order has been cancelled.
