  • We provide free insured shipping on all orders for delivery within Kerala.
  • You will be notified when Your package (order) is dispatched from Our store and a tracking number will be sent to the email address that You provided during Your purchase.
  • Estimated delivery time of product to Your doorstep(home/office) is within 20 (Twenty) working days. However, we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the product owing to circumstances not attributable to Us.
  • Please make sure that You will be available to accept Your package at the time of delivery. If Your package has been returned to Us due to unavailability, We reserves the right to charge the re-delivery costs from You.
  • We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
  • Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed, even though We will try to deliver Your order on time.
  • At the time of delivery, the recipient shall be required to provide any of the identity proof (original) to collect the product from the respective person.
  • The shipping and billing address cannot be changed after placing an order. If You will not be available at the provided address at the scheduled delivery time, please contact Our customer care services to check the possibility of changing the shipment address or to postpone the shipping.
