Return policy

  • To return an item that You purchased from this Website, You have to fill the online return request form within 2 (Two) days from the date of delivery of the product and send to Us. After review of such return request, We may elect to send a return acceptance or rejection confirmation to You. If We accept Your return request, we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
  • Product return will be accepted only in the event it is proved to Our satisfaction that the delivered product was not as per the image/ description displayed on the Website.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, damaged or altered in any way.
  • We are not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address
  • Before returning the product, You will need to contact our customer care representative.
  • The product You return must be presented in saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures.
  • Any product that You purchased through our try @ home service is considered as a final sale, and not returnable.
  • We cannot take back any products that have been engraved for You.

    • We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements. All products will undergo quality checks before the exchange/refund is initiated. Achakottil Jewels reserve the right to calculate the buyback amount of the product depending on the final evaluation by our quality check team.
